20% Deposit – Full Event Cigar Bar Package (Including Décor, Attendant, Breakdown, and Cigars)
This payment represents the 20% non-refundable deposit required to secure the event date and confirm all services for the custom cigar bar experience at The Astorian on November 6, 2025.
The total event package includes:
Everlasting Cigar Bar Décor Package ($550 value)
Cigar Bar Attendant (3 hours @ $200/hr)
Breakdown & Pack-Up Service ($100)
Premium cigar selection provided by Nice Ash Cigar Lounge (billed separately at final payment)
This deposit covers 20% of the entire event total ($2,376.09) — including both service and product costs — and will be applied toward the overall balance. The remaining 80% ($1,900.87) will be due by October 23, 2025, with final payments made separately to You & I Studio (for service) and Nice Ash Cigar Lounge (for cigars).
